A Message That Started It All
“Good morning! How are you? This is Bruno speaking! Camila recommended you — she told me you took some amazing photos of her and her fiancé in Paris and spoke very highly of you!”
It all began with this WhatsApp message. Bruno was planning to propose to his long-time girlfriend at a beautiful restaurant with a view of the Eiffel Tower.
His initial idea was for me to stay hidden somewhere in the restaurant, secretly capturing the big moment. But, due to the formalities of French restaurants — especially the more exclusive ones — I explained that it might be complicated.
So, I suggested that he make the proposal privately at the table, enjoying the intimacy of the moment, and that we meet the next day for a beautiful engagement photo session in Paris — where we could even recreate the proposal.
Bruno was totally open-minded and immediately understood and agreed with my suggestion.

The Morning at Trocadéro
It was May. We set our meeting for 7:30 a.m. at Trocadéro. The mood was pure joy, love, and excitement — and the morning light matched that perfectly.
We began our photo session with the recreation of the proposal, and there was even that funny little moment when Bruno “pretended to tie his shoe.” Carol gave him a playful nudge, then showered him with kisses.

A Walk by the Seine
We walked down from Trocadéro and continued through the gardens. Shooting that early in the morning is simply magical — the light is incredible, and we have the entire place almost to ourselves.
Bruno had chosen the Eiffel Tower & Surroundings package, so we kept walking along the Seine, enjoying the quiet Parisian morning, until we reached Pont de Bir-Hakeim, where you get that stunning view of the Eiffel Tower and the river.

Style, Light, and Love
Carol and Bruno were absolutely radiant — and their outfits were perfect: shades of white and blue that matched the sky and the soft light of the day. They made my job so easy!
It was such a pleasure to meet them, photograph them, and share such a special moment in their lives. I can’t wait to see them again — this time dressed as bride and groom!
Long live the future newlyweds! Long live love!
